Vital can design an effective telephone interview, and manage assessment/interview dates. Vital will provide management information (MI) to show media source, response breakdown and conversions.

Agency management

In-House Advertising & Media Buying

We have a team of professional designers and media buyers who specialise in recruitment advertising and can advise on a media selection and design strategy. Media will be selected based on geographical coverage, circulation, readership and whether the publications are paid for as these generally attract a better response. To strengthen geographical coverage, national newspapers, specialist press and web advertising can also be used. Production of flyers, posters, brochures and leaflets to assist with your recruitment process may also be recommended.

Interview Days

From advertising or agency-selected candidates, Vital will interview and book potential recruits into arranged slots based on strict selection criteria which have been agreed in advance with the client. Organisation, attendance and management of the interview day can all be arranged by Vital, and management information (MI) will be provided after the event.
