Towards the end of 2005, MJN Colston secured the Plumbing and Pipefitting contract at the new Wembley Stadium.

Vital Resources was tasked with the resourcing of the labour at very short notice. The new Wembley Stadium was arguably the highest profile job in the UK and attracted attention from the media on an unprecedented scale.

We are proud to say that MJN with the assistance of Vital Resources, delivered its contract to programme. Throughout the Spring of 2006, there was a constant manning up of Mechanical Tradespersons, skilled and semi skilled.

In the main we resourced circa 200 Plumbers, Pipefitters and Mates. We are currently providing a small Maintenance Team on site and we anticipate an involvement with the stadium for the foreseeable future.

With a state of the art design accolade and uninterrupted views for all spectators as a result of the new Arch, attendees to any event held at the new Wembley Stadium will be enthralled.

The new Arch reaches 133 Mtrs at the highest point and can accommodate the London Eye! This Stadium with a capacity of 90,000 is rapidly becoming the ‘International Home of Football’ and Vital Resources is proud to have played a part in its construction.
